Growing up in Colorado, Mark knows there is no place he would rather live. There is no other place that provides opportunities in life like Colorado. Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine/Exercise Science from CSU, a Masters in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University, Mark's life is devoted to helping others achieve the highest level of function. Mark is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) including the Private Practice Section, Orthopeadic Section, and Sports Therapy Section. Mark has been active in the Colorado Private Practice Special Interest Group, and served as President for 3 years, and received the Bob Doctor Service Award in 2010. Mark enjoys all recreational activities/sports, while spending as much time as he can with his wife, and children.

Mark became the owner of Cactus Sport & Spine, P.C. in 2003. He is committed to providing the highest quality of care within the clinic while emphasizing current best evidence for treatment. Wellness is stressed within the clinic from physical therapy, massage therapy, pilates, while providing individual training and sport conditioning program education.

Mark has a holistic approach to rehabilitation. Looking at the body as one chain, an extensive evaluation is preformed to find any problem that may be contributing to the current problem. Treatment is geared toward each individual with manual therapy, body mechanic re-education, and exercise geared to regain motion, strength and balance. Education is provided every visit to ensure long term understanding while returning to the highest level of function possible.
